White paper: Copilot for Microsoft 365,
the optimal adoption journey

The Growth of Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams reached 145 million daily active users last April. While in November 2019 there were only 20 million users (before the pandemic), in March 2020 (when the pandemic started) this number jumped to 44 million. This means that from March to June 2020, Microsoft Teams had a growth rate of 894%! Its success is not fleeting, and here we will see why.

Microsoft’s Great Success

Microsoft Teams is an essential tool for collaboration during teleworking and hybrid working; you can have group conversations and video conferences, without user limits, chat with internal and/or external members of your organization, and even share files through this intuitive platform.

Microsoft Teams allows you to consult, share and modify Microsoft Word documents, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Excel workbooks in real time, which is very practical in teleworking.

It also integrates with the Microsoft Office 365 suite and offers extensions that can be integrated with products other than those offered by Microsoft. It is all these factors together that have formed the success of Teams; no other platform of this kind offers so many features. And that’s not counting the new features that are added on a regular basis!

Why Take Microsoft Teams Training?

Microsoft 365 is an ecosystem involving several tools and applications. It is therefore important to understand the interactions and roles of Microsoft Teams, vis-à-vis other Microsoft 365 tools.

During our training, you will learn how Microsoft Teams is a customizable collaborative platform that integrates video conferencing, storage and file transfer. Instant messaging makes it possible to exchange as a team or by workgroup, while keeping track of all exchanges. You can also record your encounters. It is also integrated with Microsoft Outlook, which allows you to plan team meetings and share emails and contacts.

Moreover, Microsoft Teams often has new updates, as well as new features added. Do not hesitate to look at our blog; we often write articles on Microsoft updates and its various applications.

In Short

The success of Microsoft Teams does not only come from the pandemic; it is an easy-to-use piece of software that offers a lot of useful features and is ideal for keeping in touch during remote collaboration.
