Microsoft is releasing a lighter version of Visio on Microsoft 365 so everyone can collaborate using diagrams. Especially useful in the era of hybrid work, Microsoft believes that this application is going to be a very important addition to your working methods.
Why Use Visio
With Visio you can create both simple and complex visuals. It allows you to capture at a glance a lot of information that may seem dense. Visio offers many templates, starter diagrams and stencils.

For users who want to create and edit diagrams that are simple, you need Visio 1. For users who need professional diagrams, Visio 2 is recommended.
