This nomination represents significant recognition of our ongoing commitment to innovation, demonstrated by our flagship solution, the Bill 25 Compliance Toolkit, developed in collaboration with the Delegatus Lawyers Collective.
The Mercury in the “Technological Innovation” category aims to reward initiatives for the development or integration of digital platforms that improve business processes, services or products. The evaluation criteria highlight innovation, interactivity, technological creativity, adaptive design and deployment strategy. Our solution fully meets these criteria by integrating cybersecurity principles and legal requirements into a structured framework on the Microsoft 365 platform and technologies.
Our approach to meeting the compliance requirements of Bill 25 has been innovative. We have integrated cybersecurity principles and legal requirements into a management and compliance environment, using the existing infrastructure of most of our customers, who are already on Microsoft 365. This integration has created a truly revolutionary solution in how businesses approach compliance with Bill 25.
The solution we have developed goes far beyond simple SharePoint sites. Inspired by Microsoft “lookbook” site templates, it incorporates several key elements, including legal compliance supported by the Delegatus law firm, cybersecurity best practices, and the flexibility and versatility of Microsoft 365 technology.
