In fact, many organizations (of all sizes) are currently undertaking or have managed a digital transformation in recent years – probably including your competitors. Such a transition will be profitable, through stimulating productivity, growth, employee engagement and, by extension, profits. Of course, such a transformation does not happen by simply snapping your fingers. Here are the four important points you need to consider for your digital transformation to be a success!

Understanding your infrastructure and processes is a crucial starting point in digital transformation. This analysis makes it possible for you to target where changes must be made.
