Eligibility requirements
All employers located in Quebec can participate in the “workforce training” program, with the exception of public agencies and political organizations. This program covers:
- Private companies;
- Private business groups;
- Cooperatives;
- Non-profit organizations;
- Municipalities;
- Self-employed individuals;
- Communities and band councils;
